Rusted Bollard Removal — Cut Flush & Patched

A commercial property in Elk Grove Village had four corroded metal bollards that were rusted through and past their service life — unsafe and an eyesore at the lot entrance.

The Work

• Removed four rotted metal bollards
• Pulled the old posts out of their footings
• Cut everything down to asphalt level
• Filled the openings and ground them flush with the surrounding concrete

The Result

A clean, level surface where four failing bollards used to be — no trip hazards, no rust, ready for whatever the property owner installs next.
